Joe Solana, MBA, CISA
President and C.O.O.

Joe Solana joined GSA in 2004. He received his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of The State of New York and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Joe also holds several certificates in numerous software applications in both Mainframe and P.C. based environments. Joe served as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer for several multinational corporations including Philips Electronics, and ILD Telecommunications. In the role of auditor, Joe has created policy and procedure manuals, work instruction manuals, and assisted in their successful implementation. As project manager, Joe has successfully lead several software implementations at both the corporate and manufacturing level. As a Financial Controller he has implemented internal reporting applications which have assisted companies in their growth plans. Joe utilizes his strength as a leader, planner and facilitator to find and use the hidden strengths of an operation and help eliminate the weaknesses that can hinder and even halt the continued growth and success of a going concern.

Edwin Natic, CPA

Edwin Natic one of GSA's founding partners received his Bachelors degree in Accounting from William Paterson University (WPU – a New Jersey State University). Before starting ENC in 1992, he worked for eight years as a controller for LoBue Associates, Inc., a banking & financial consulting firm. Edwin also has extensive international banking experience working as a consultant to major financial institutions such as Citibank, Fleet Bank, Cedel and others in Latin America, Europe and the U.S. After moving from New Jersey to Georgia in 1993, he became licensed in Georgia to practice as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1994. Edwin is a seasoned veteran in accounting, tax, retirement, financial, & estate planning issues related to individuals and small to medium size companies. |

Philip Taylor, CPA |
| Philip Taylor received his Bachelors degree from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega, Georgia. After his internship in a local CPA firm, Philip joined ENC in May, 2004. Philip has worked primarily with individuals and small businesses. He has extensive experience working with spreadsheets and Quickbooks. Philip's work experience includes having prepared hundreds of personal income tax returns, corporate, and partnership income tax returns. Philip has been involved with other business leaders in the community and has served as an officer in a local business development group. He has been asked to serve as an adjunct instructor to teach taxes at a local college. Additionally, Philip has assisted numerous small business with their accounting, payroll, tax planning, budgeting, cashflow and other financial and business related issues. |
